Who processes the data

The website seo-hands.ua and the app described below are owned by SEO-Hands.

What data the website collects

Contact form. You provide your name, phone number and the service you are interested in. The language and the page you sent the request from are added automatically. I use this data only to contact you about your request.

Requests are delivered to my email and messenger. Names and phone numbers are not stored on the website server.

Technical data. Like any web server, the server logs IP addresses, request times, page addresses and browser data. Logs are used for security and operation and are kept for up to 14 days. To protect the form from spam, only a hash of the IP address is stored, not the address itself.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. They set cookies and collect anonymous visit statistics. I cannot see your name or contact details in these statistics.

You can opt out of analytics in your browser settings (block cookies) or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

The Seo Hands Ads Monitor app and Google user data

What it is. An internal work tool for working with the Google Ads accounts I manage for clients. It is used by me and the people who work with me on these accounts. The app is not available to the public and does not collect data from website visitors.

What data it accesses. With the account owner's authorization (OAuth), the app is granted access to the Google Ads API (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) and uses it for reading only — to retrieve campaign settings and performance statistics from the accounts I have been given access to. The app never creates, changes or deletes anything in Google Ads accounts.

How it uses the data. Solely to work with the accounts I manage: to review their status and send internal work notifications. Notifications are visible only to authorized persons.

Where and how long it stores the data. Data is stored on my own server in the EU, accessible only to authorized persons. Google access credentials are kept in protected configuration files and are never shared. All connections are encrypted. Data is kept no longer than needed for operation and is then deleted automatically.

What the app does not do. I do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. The data is not used for advertising, profiling or training artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Compliance with Google requirements. Seo Hands Ads Monitor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deletion. Access can be revoked at any time at Third-party apps & services in your Google Account. To request deletion of stored data, email info@seo-hands.ua — I will delete it within 30 days.

Who data is shared with

Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except the services the website and the app rely on:

• a hosting provider in the EU — hosting of the website and the app;
• an email provider — email for requests;
• a messenger — notifications about requests and app work alerts;
• Google — website analytics.

How long data is kept

Requests — as long as needed to contact you and fulfil our agreements. Server logs — up to 14 days. App data — no longer than needed for operation. Google Analytics statistics — in anonymous form, according to Google Analytics retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. Email info@seo-hands.ua and I will reply within 30 days.

Data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for visitors from the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
